I believe all of these green eggs were laid by the same chicken. They all ended up being double yolkers. The white one is a large egg from the store for comparison.

Curious - so in a recipe does each egg count as one or two?
ReplyDelete:D It would still count as one, you still have the same amount of white. You can though save one of the yolks for a yolk recipie and still have a full egg to use for something else! ;)
